Colorado Gold Conference Ticket Auction
The League of Utah Writers is auctioning one ticket to the Colorado Gold Writers conference hosted by the Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers.
Conference details: September 27-29, 2024 in Denver, Colorado
Keynote speakers: Chuck Wendig, Beverly Jenkins, and Mark Stevens
Workshops, classes, and opportunities to pitch your work to literary agents and editors
The ticket being auctioned includes classes, keynotes, and all meals provided by the conference. Thursday intensives are not included, but you may add them to your ticket if you wish. Travel and lodging costs are not included.

Bidding Process
1. Check the bid sheet below for the current high bid, remembering that the last bid may not be the highest, depending on server speed.
2. Enter your bid and relevant information in the form below the Current Bid spreadsheet. Note that only your bid will be visible on the form, but the Newsletter Chair will have access to all relevant information entered in the form.
3. Keep an eye on this page! Bids may come in regularly, and you will NOT be notified if you are outbid.
4. On May 26, the Newsletter Chair will contact the highest bidder with specifics of payment via PayPal. Payment will need to be made within 24 hours of the time the Newsletter Chair sends the confirmation of the winning bid via the email provided in the form.
5. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the Newsletter Chair will contact the individual with the next-highest bid via provided email. They will then be given 24 hours from the time confirmation of the winning bid was sent to make payment via PayPal as above. This process will continue until the ticket has been claimed and paid for.
6. Once the ticket has been claimed and payment has been made, the recipient will receive further information about how to register for the conference using their free ticket code.
7. All bidders will be notified by email whether or not their bid won.
