Entries must be submitted in PDF or Word, standard formatting, double spaced, Time New Roman, 12 point font.
Do not include your name in the body or heading of the manuscript. Type the title and word count at the top of the manuscript. Cover pages are not requested. Submit text only; illustrations are not accepted.

Feedback & Judge Commentary
All entrants will receive feedback including the strengths and weakness of:
Hook, Characters, Voice, Dialogue, Climax, and satisfying conclusion of their stories.
Entries will be evaluated on content, writing quality, and overall strength of storytelling and writing craft using the judging form.
Judges commentaries are final and are based on their opinion and experience. Their thoughts and comments are not to be a wholesale condemnation or appraisal of the story and should be taken with this understanding.
Your entry must be original, in English, unpublished and unproduced, and not accepted by any other publisher or producer at the time of submission.
LUW retains nonexclusive publication rights to the winning entries to be published in the LUW 85th Anniversary Anthology. Author retains all ownership of their work. Any works posted online, other than on a personal blog, are considered published.
Once an entry has been submitted no edits, replacements, or changes will be accepted.
LUW assumes that all entries are original and are the works and property of the entrant, with all rights granted therein. LUW is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of an entrant and will not become involved in copyright disputes.
